South Louisiana Man was established in 2018 by Tony Malbrough, who considers himself to be a true "South Louisiana Man." Tony’s biggest blessings in life have come from growing up right along the bayous of South Louisiana in the Terrebonne Parish area. Tony defines the Cajun way of life as one filled with family, friends, and great cooking. All of these elements somehow enhance each other!

We believe that the key to authentic Cajun cooking is the expert blending of onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and parsley, with the right touch of salt and spices cooked in a process we call "layered cooking". This process infuses the palate with only the most savory flavors. It has always been Tony's passion to share this Cajun experience with others around the country. From his humble beginnings serving the oilfields over the past 10 years, he has since traveled far and wide doing just that.
